In the second half of 2010, Taiwan's production base will have 20 MOCVD machines imported and installed, and the total number of MOCVD machines will reach 55 at the end of the year. The new Kunshan plant in mainland China will start construction before Q3 2010, and trial production will begin in mid-2011. MOCVD machines will be installed depending on market conditions.
