3. With the increase of the condensate water level, the float ball drives the linkage mechanism so that the exhaust port is quickly closed and the power gas enters the drain pump.
4. Drainage process: When the pressure in the hydrophobic pump exceeds the back pressure of the hydrophobic pump, the power gas pushes the condensate water to close the check valve at the inlet of the hydrophobic pump. At the same time, the power gas pushes the condensate to open the check valve at the outlet of the hydrophobic pump. Enter the condensate recovery system.
6. Drainage end: As the condensate level decreases, the float ball drops, and after reaching a predetermined position, the linkage mechanism is driven to quickly close the power gas inlet and open the exhaust port at the same time.
7. Re-inlet water: The pressure in the hydrophobic pump continues to drop, and the condensate water again enters the drain pump via the trap inlet check valve of the hydrophobic pump and starts the next cycle.
8. The hydrophobic pump works intermittently. The condensate that accumulates when drained by the hydrophobic pump is collected by the tank.
