1. Procurement project name: Full-color LED display and square audio procurement of Kaiping People's Air Defense Office of Guangdong Province (purchasing number: KPCG2009-061).
2. Uses: Promote people's air defense work and improve the city square facilities in Kaiping City Square.
3. Quantity: One set.
4. Brief technical requirements: full color LED display, ventilation system, distribution box, audio equipment, video processor, control system computer and video surveillance system. The products supplied by the supplier must be domestic products, and the project does not accept the supply of imported products as imported products. (The imported products referred to in this procurement document refer to products that have entered China through customs clearance and are produced outside the customs territory.)

5. Completion period: Delivery, installation, commissioning and acceptance within 30 calendar days from the date of contract signing.
Second, the supplier qualification requirements:
1. The supplier shall be a legal person with legal business qualifications, with a registered capital of not less than RMB 500,000 and a good reputation;
2. The supplier shall have the qualification for production, agency or distribution of the main brand products (full color LED display) reported.

3. Ways to obtain procurement documents: registration or mail order.
4, the purchase price of the document: RMB 150, the mail order must be added 50 yuan, the purchase documents are not refundable after sale.
5. The following documents need to be reviewed when purchasing procurement documents:
1. Business license (copy);
2. Tax registration certificate (copy);
3. Proof of production, agency or distribution qualification;
4. Legal representative certificate or power of attorney.
When purchasing the procurement documents, the supplier shall submit the original of the above documents to our unit for verification.
