The TUSB1046 Series Linear Redriver is the industry's first device to support 10GUSB data and DisplayPortTM 1.4 video transmission for faster transmission without compromising signal integrity. To prevent hard field failures, the TPD8S300 series uses the industry's first single-chip solution to protect Type C USB and PD systems from overvoltage damage. In addition, the new TPS65983B USB PD 3.0 controller enables complete system design and more reliable power and data transfer with integrated power path, fast character switching hardware, certified support and standardized voltages.
Faster data and video transmission
The new TUSB1046 and TUSB1002 re-drivers support twice the data bandwidth of the current 5G USB solution, enabling 10G data and video transmission with resolutions up to 8K, while consuming only 335mW of effective power at 10G USB speed. The transfer driver compensates for channel losses up to 14.4dB when transmitted over long traces and cables. In addition, the 16-level equalization level optimizes performance by compensating for inter-symbol interference jitter and signal attenuation for better interoperability and connectivity with other devices. TI's 10G linear transfer driver family is pin-for-pin compatible with TI's 5G USB device family for seamless speed upgrades in existing designs.
Overvoltage port protection
The TPD8S300 and TPD6S300 devices use up to 75% less board space than discretes to prevent overvoltage damage caused by DC shorts on the 20 V bus voltage (Vbus) on the Configure Channel (CC) and Sideband Use (SBU) pins. At the same time maintain signal integrity. The port protector integrates low clamp performance with transient voltage suppression (TVS) diodes to provide International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 61000-4-2 Electrostatic Discharge Protection (ESD) and protect downstream PD controllers.
Fully managed power path
The TPS65983B single-chip device is the only USB PD 3.0 controller that fully integrates the power path while providing overcurrent, overvoltage, reverse current, and thermal protection. The controller features fast character switching for reverse current or source current, giving designers maximum flexibility.
Meet the latest USB standards
Compliant with the new Type C USB, Second Generation USB 3.1 and PD 3.0 standards, these devices offer increased reliability compared to previous specifications, enabling slim designs, stable power delivery, and the use of universal connectors and cables. In addition, these power supplies, signal chains, and circuit protection devices allow designers to seamlessly integrate the functionality of the C-type USB and PD systems, giving designers peace of mind.
Packaging, supply and pricing
The package for TI's new Type C USB and PD devices is shown in the table below. The TUSB1002, TUSB1046 and TPS65983B devices are available in volume from TI stores and authorized distributors. Prototype samples of the TPD8S300 and TPD6S300 protection devices are available from TI.com and authorized distributors. In addition, the Evaluation Module (EVM) helps engineers quickly and easily evaluate performance and speed time to market.
Wall brackets of cable tray are essential components in cable management systems. They are used to support cable trays on walls, ensuring that cables are organized and protected from damage. In this article, we will discuss the different types of wall brackets available in the market, their features, and how they are used.
Types of Wall Brackets
There are several types of wall brackets available for cable trays, including:
1. Standard Wall Brackets: These brackets are the most commonly used and are designed to support cable trays at a fixed distance from the wall. They are available in different sizes and materials, including galvanized steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
2. Adjustable Wall Brackets: These brackets are designed to provide flexibility in the installation of cable trays. They can be adjusted to different angles, allowing for the installation of cable trays on uneven surfaces.
3. Ladder Rack Wall Brackets: These brackets are designed for use with ladder-style cable trays. They are available in different sizes and can be used to support cable trays at different heights.
Features of Wall Brackets
Wall brackets of cable tray come with several features that make them suitable for different applications. Some of the features to consider when choosing wall brackets include:
1. Material: Wall brackets are available in different materials, including galvanized steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. The choice of material will depend on the application and the environment in which the cable tray will be installed.
2. Load Capacity: Wall brackets come with different load capacities. It is important to choose a bracket with a load capacity that is suitable for the weight of the cable tray and the cables it will support.
3. Adjustability: Adjustable wall brackets provide flexibility in the installation of cable trays. They can be adjusted to different angles, allowing for the installation of cable trays on uneven surfaces.
4. Corrosion Resistance: Wall brackets made of galvanized steel or stainless steel are resistant to corrosion and are suitable for use in harsh environments.
