Strategy AnalyTIcs in its report "Operator's cooperation in directional traffic is successful? It states that targeted data and traffic rewards provide a powerful three-win opportunity for mobile operators, sponsors and appropriate user segments. Although AT&T, Verizon Wireless and Telefonica's targeted traffic business has caught the attention of the industry in the past few years, the business is still in its early stages, and global communications service operators (CSPs) have been struggling to cope with how to adopt and develop related services.
