a. The RUN and ERC lights are on, the ERH light is off, check the 00-07 and 14 bits of N+9;
b. The RUN lamp and the ERC lamp are on, the ERH lamp is off, the ADJ lamp is flashing, and the 12, 13, and 15 bits of the N+9 are checked;
c. The RUN light is off, the ERC light is on, and the ERH light is off. Check the 11 bits of N+9.
d. The RUN lamp and ERH lamp are on, the ERC lamp is off, the IO bus error is checked, the CPU unit monitors the error, and the CPU unit WDT error occurs.
e. The RUN lamp and ERC lamp are not lit, the ERH lamp is on, check if there is a duplicate unit number and special IO unit setting error.
