At present, many smart communities are only automated in the 10kV distribution network, and the low-voltage part of the community also realizes the distribution automation, which enables the accurate positioning of the power failures in the community. There are 16 buildings in the community, each building corresponds to a 0.4 kV power box. The equipment in each power box can realize remote measurement and remote communication. Once a building fails, the power supply repair personnel, property management personnel and residential residents are all Can accurately locate the fault point through the intelligent perception interactive service platform, it will greatly increase the repair and repair speed.

The intelligent perception interactive service platform also incorporates the distributed power supply of the residential area into unified management. Community property management personnel can control the supply of residential solar power to residential street lamps, basement lighting, landscape electricity, etc. anytime anywhere. The service platform also covers Xiamen municipal comprehensive service information, providing residential residents with meals, illegal vehicle inquiries, weather forecasts and other services. "The service provided by this platform is not limited to electricity, but extends to areas such as community business that are closely related to the residents' lives, effectively improving their practicality," said Su Xueyuan.

The community also implements local or remote intelligent remote control and video monitoring of homes, illuminance sensors, intelligent security systems, self-service two-way interaction of various types of electricity services, energy consumption analysis of household appliances, self-recovery of electricity failures, and other functions.
