The tester consists of a combustion test chamber, a burner, a test stand, a regulating valve and the like. Liquefied gas (propane) tanks are provided

According to Figure 1, the base is placed in the box, and the fixing sleeve, sample holder, etc. are installed as shown. Place the burner in front of the specimen. The burner rod is screwed from the outer casing of the casing to the burner base. Connect the propane meter to the liquefied gas tank, connect the regulating valve to the other end of the propane meter with a plastic tube, and connect the regulating valve to the burner with a pneumatic tube.

Test operation
1. Select the appropriate ignition positioner and place it on the top of the burner.
2. Place the sample in the sample holder and hang it.
3. After the burner is close to the sample, lock the ruler on the bottom plate.
4. Place the filter paper in the collection tray made of aluminum foil and place it under the test piece.
5. Raise the burner, open the pressure regulating valve knob, ignite the nozzle with an electronic igniter, gradually adjust the flame length to about 20mm, tilt the burner by 45 degrees, and ignite the sample according to the standard required distance.

Precautions
1. Before the burner is ignited, the pneumatic regulating valve on the burner should be adjusted up, and then the pressure regulating valve knob is gradually adjusted. After ignition, the flame size can be adjusted by the pressure regulator knob, or it can be fine-tuned by the pneumatic adjustment valve.
2. Before ignition, the liquefied gas tank and the burner should be kept at a distance to ensure safety.
3. The smoke inside the box should be discharged outside through the exhaust hood.
