Can be divided into squirrel cage motors and wound motors.
2. According to the protection type of three-phase asynchronous motor
It can be divided into open type (IP11) three-phase asynchronous motor, protection type three-phase asynchronous motor (IP22 and IP23), closed three-phase asynchronous motor (IP44), explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor.
Open type (IP11): The price is cheap and the heat dissipation conditions are the best. Since the rotor and winding are exposed to the air, they can only be used in a dry, dusty environment without corrosive and explosive gases.
Protection type (IP22 and IP23): The ventilation and heat dissipation conditions are also good, which can prevent water droplets, iron filings and other external debris from falling into the motor. It is only suitable for dry and dusty environments without corrosive and explosive gases.
Enclosed (IP44): Suitable for harsh working environments such as damp, dusty, easy to be eroded by wind and rain, and corrosive gases, and is the most widely used.
3. According to the ventilation and cooling method of the three-phase asynchronous motor
It can be divided into self-cooled three-phase asynchronous motor, self-fan-cooled three-phase asynchronous motor, other fan-cooled three-phase asynchronous motor, and duct-ventilated three-phase asynchronous motor.
4. According to the installation structure of the three-phase asynchronous motor
It can be divided into horizontal three-phase asynchronous motor, vertical three-phase asynchronous motor, three-phase asynchronous motor with foot, and three-phase asynchronous motor with flange.
5. According to the insulation grade of the three-phase asynchronous motor
Can be divided into E-class, B-class, F-class, H-class three-phase asynchronous motor.

1. Protection level
Indicates the protection ability of the motor, the format is IP * * (the asterisk is a two-digit number, such as IP 4, IP is the English abbreviation of protection, the first number after the first number indicates the level of preventing solid objects from entering the interior, and the second value indicates the protection against The level of water entering the interior.
2. Working method
Refers to the duration and cycle of the motor under the rated working conditions, different working conditions and conditions. The working mode can be divided into three types: continuous (S1), short-term (S2) and intermittent (S3).
3. Temperature rise
It refers to the value that the winding temperature of the motor is allowed to be higher than the ambient temperature, that is, the difference between the motor winding temperature and the ambient temperature.
4. Insulation class
Refers to the grade of insulating material used in the stator winding of the motor, which indicates the maximum operating temperature allowed by the motor. The grade of insulating material is divided into seven grades, namely Y: 90°, A: 105°, E: 120°, B: 130°, F: 155°, R: 180°, C: 180° or more.
5. Wiring method
It refers to the wiring method of the rated sub-winding of the motor under the rated voltage. The half has two connection methods: Y (star) and â–³ (triangle).
6. Rated speed
The speed on the nameplate refers to the speed of the motor in the rated state. It is represented by the symbol "n", and the unit is "rev/min".
7. Frequency
The frequency refers to the allowable frequency on the stator winding of the motor. The rated frequency of the domestic asynchronous motor is 50Hz, which is represented by the symbol "f", and the unit is "Hz" or "Hertz".
8. Rated voltage
It refers to the line voltage value that should be added to the three-phase winding of the motor stator. It is represented by the symbol "Ue" and the unit is "V" or "Volt". If the nameplate is marked with two rated values, 220/380 volts, it means that the rated voltage of the stator winding should be 220 volts when it is connected to delta, and 380 volts when it is connected to star (Y) .
9. Rated current
Indicates the line current input by the stator circuit when the motor is running in the rated state. It is expressed in "Le" and the unit is "An" or "A".
10. Rated power
Represents the mechanical power output on the shaft when the motor is running under the rated working state. It is represented by the symbol "P", and the unit is represented by "KW" or kilowatt.
11. Motor model
The three-phase asynchronous motor model is a product code indicating the variety, specification, and number of poles of the motor. There are many types of domestic asynchronous motors, and different types of asynchronous motors are represented by uppercase Chinese pinyin letters. Commonly used domestic asynchronous motors include Y, J, JO, JR and other series. Among them, Y series motors are unified series products newly designed in my country; J, JO, JR are old series products. The letter J represents an asynchronous motor, O represents an enclosed motor, and R represents a wound motor.
