14 companies from 14 companies from the township LED lights on the quality supervision bureau "black list"

On August 21, the Guangdong Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision reported the results of provincial-level special supervision and inspection of the quality of ballast LED lamps. The rate of unqualified products was 73.9%.

This time, a total of 23 batches of self-ballasted LED lamp products produced by 21 companies in 7 cities including Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Foshan, Zhongshan, Huizhou and Dongguan were sampled. The current effective enterprise standards and product quality requirements were recorded. Interchangeability of self-ballasted LED lamp products, protection against accidental contact with live parts, insulation resistance and dielectric strength after wet treatment, mechanical strength, temperature rise of lamp cap, heat resistance, fire and flameproof, fault condition, lamp 15 items including power, power factor, initial luminous efficacy/luminous flux, general color rendering index, chromaticity tolerance, harmonics, and disturbance voltage were tested.

After inspection, 17 batches of products do not meet the standard requirements, involving the protection of accidental contact with live parts, insulation resistance and dielectric strength after wet treatment, mechanical strength, fault condition, color tolerance, general color rendering index, disturbance voltage , lamp power, heat resistance, interchangeability, power factor, initial light efficiency / luminous flux, fire and fire protection.

During the spot check, 11 of the 17 batches of unqualified products were “made by Zhongshan City”, and the nominal production enterprises involved Zhongshan Nexen Lighting Technology Co., Ltd., Zhongshan Huakai Lighting Co., Ltd., Zhongshan Yaeneng Lighting Co., Ltd. Technology Co., Ltd., Zhongshan Zhujiang Lighting Appliance Co., Ltd., Zhongshan Pulia Lighting Co., Ltd., Zhongshan Jinye Lighting Co., Ltd., Zhongshan Guzhen Junyang Photoelectric Lighting Factory, Zhongshan Guosheng Lighting Co., Ltd., etc.

According to the Guangdong Provincial Quality and Technical Supervision, the relevant departments have been instructed to deal with the unqualified products and their production enterprises in this special supervision and spot check according to relevant laws and regulations.
