Store in a closed container to prevent moisture loss and prolong storage time. 4, the preparation should be stored in the environment of 2 ~ 25 ° C protected from light. If stored in a non-closed container, it is generally used within three weeks; if stored in a closed container, it is generally used within one year, and the agar medium should not be stored at 0 ° C or below 0 ° C to prevent freezing damage to gel properties. For long-term storage, the agar plates should be sealed or placed in a closed container to prevent moisture loss. 5. The remelting after solid medium sterilization should be carried out in a heated water bath or using circulating steam. Only once, the melted medium should be placed in a water bath of 45-50 °C, no more than 8 hours.
