This paper takes Labthink Languang XLW (EC) intelligent electronic tensile testing machine to test the peeling strength of jam aluminum-plastic composite film as an example. It introduces the monitoring method, test principle and equipment parameters for detecting the composite fastness of soft plastic packaging. 4.1 Test principle The fixture of the equipment is divided into upper and lower parts. The upper clamp can move according to the preset speed, and the lower clamp remains fixed. As the upper clamp moves, the specimen undergoes tensile, peeling or tearing, and the force and displacement changes caused by the change of the sample. 5. Test procedure (1) Five specimens each having a width of 15 mm and a length of 200 mm were cut along the transverse and longitudinal directions of the sample.
(2) Each strip is manually stripped 50 mm in advance.
(3) The two ends of the stripped portion of the sample are respectively clamped in the upper and lower jigs of the device, and the longitudinal axis of the stripping portion of the sample coincides with the center line of the upper and lower jigs.
(4) Set the parameter information such as test speed and sample width, click the test option, and the test starts.
(5) The equipment automatically detects the change in the force value during the test, and calculates and displays the final peel strength value of the sample based on the detected data.
6. Test results The transverse peel strengths of the jam-aluminum-plastic composite film samples tested in this paper were 2.15 N/15 mm, 1.97 N/15 mm, 2.07 N/15 mm, 1.81 N/15 mm, and 1.86 N/15 mm, respectively. The longitudinal peel strengths were respectively 1.85 N/15mm, 1.93 N/15mm, 2.14 N/15mm, 2.21 N/15mm, 1.98 N/15mm.
