1 Overview
The AC03 electric train of Shanghai Metro Line 3 was introduced in the early 21st century. The AC drive vehicle manufactured by ALSTOM of France has its main traction inverter consisting of 1 200 A/3 300 V IGBT modules. The structure of the circuit is shown in Figure 1. The AC03 type electric vehicle main traction inverter circuit structure is basically similar to other imported AC drive vehicles, but the difference is that a low-sensitivity dry metal film filter capacitor is installed between OV and ground. The capacitance parameter is 6.8 滋F/ 640 V to attenuate electromagnetic interference (EMI) from high frequency radiation.
The PIM1 in Figure 1 is the three-phase IGBT inverter module of the traction inverter. The model is ONIX 1500 IGBT. The outline structure is shown in Figure 2. The upper part is the filter capacitor, and the filter inductor is installed in the inverter box. The control circuit and the drive circuit; the lower part is the IGBT module and the base heat sink.
The AC03 electric train has been in operation for nearly 10 years.
