Color TV market growth in 1Q

According to the "2013 China Industry Research Analysis Report," it shows that in 2013, flat-panel TVs ushered in newer demand, and with the recovery of downstream markets, production and sales achieved steady growth. From January to March, the output of color TV reached a cumulative total of 28,788,000 units, an increase of 1.40% year-on-year, and the growth rate was 13.07% lower than the same period of last year; the TV manufacturing industry realized sales revenue of 80.331 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 25.87%. The year-on-year increase of 22.65 percentage points.

At present, color TV has become the earliest product widely used in home appliances. LCD TVs have also basically replaced CRT TVs and become dominant TV products. In 2013, flat-panel TVs will usher in demand for updates. With the launch of large-size 4K TVs, smart TVs and other products, it is expected that product upgrades will promote new generations of color TVs.
