Chapter III Industry Statute
Article 8 In the production and operation of fire-fighting electronic products, strictly abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the state, and endanger the safety, environmental damage, vicious competition, price dumping, and disruption of the market, and maintain the normal production and operation order of the industry.

Article 11 When engaging in business activities, an enterprise shall safeguard the public interest of the society and the market environment of fair competition within the industry, and shall not adopt the following unfair competition:

Article 12 The products and services provided by the enterprise units to the users shall conform to the relevant national technical and safety standards.
Article 13 Enterprise units shall fully protect the legitimate rights and interests of the users, strive to improve product quality, and provide good technical services:
1. The products supplied to the user shall comply with the performance and quality standards promised in their product description or supply agreement;
2. The content, method and service fee price of the technical service shall be clearly stated to the user in writing, and the time limit for the free service shall not be arbitrarily changed.
Article 14 Enterprise units shall jointly maintain the circulation order of technology, business marketing and senior management personnel within the industry:
1. Persons employed in other units, if the original unit raises an objection and there is evidence that the person is illegal or seriously violates professional ethics, it should not be hired;
2. Persons employed in other units shall respect the legitimate rights and interests of the original unit, and may not obtain, use, disclose or permit others to use the technical achievements, intellectual property rights, and business and business management secrets of the original unit through improper employment.
Article 15 Enterprise units are obliged to vigorously publicize this Convention, educate employees to engage in business activities in accordance with this Convention, and establish corresponding rules and regulations within the unit to ensure the implementation of this Convention.
Chapter IV Industry Discipline
Article 16 Under the guidance of the China Fire Protection Association, in accordance with the relevant laws of the country, in line with the principle of "democratic consultation, mutual supervision, self-discipline", do a good job in the self-discipline of the enterprise industry, protect the industry's equal competition, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises.
Article 17 The Secretariat of the Fire Protection Electronic Industry Branch of the China Fire Protection Association is responsible for receiving and accepting letters, visits and reports from units and individuals, and promptly feeding back relevant information.
Article 18 The Fire Electronic Industry Branch shall be responsible for the organization of the industry self-discipline supervision team. The experts recommended by the relevant enterprises shall form an industry self-discipline supervision team. The units that have violated the regulations shall be investigated, coordinated and proposed by the industry self-discipline supervision team. Comments and reported to the China Fire Protection Association and relevant government departments.
Article 19 For any behavior that hinders the development and progress of the industry and harms the common interests of the industry, the enterprise unit and the fire-fighting electronics industry branch have the right to take necessary measures to stop it in accordance with relevant state laws, regulations and this Convention.
Article 20 An enterprise unit may request assistance and guidance from the Fire Electronic Industry Branch for issues arising during the implementation of this Convention. When other business units violate this Convention and their interests are infringed, the enterprise unit may appeal to the Fire Electronic Industry Branch to request help to protect its legitimate rights and interests.
Article 21 If a user of a fire-fighting electronic product infringes the provisions of this Convention and causes damage to the enterprise, he may complain to the Fire-fighting Electronics Industry Branch and request assistance to protect his legitimate rights and interests.
Article 22 Anyone who disobeys the case may submit a reconsideration opinion, which shall be submitted to the China Fire Protection Association or the relevant government department for further investigation after further investigation by the Fire Electronic Industry Branch.
Article 23 The Fire Electronic Industry Branch shall regularly publicize and commend the enterprise units that have complied with the national laws, regulations and this Convention.
Article 24 For enterprise units that violate this Convention, the Fire Electronic Industry Branch may adopt the following measures according to specific conditions:
1. Prevent breach of contract and order to eliminate the impact;
2. Require compensation for losses caused to the relevant units due to their actions;
3. Notifying the industry within the industry;
4. Publish its breach of contract through the media or website;
5. If the members of the Fire Electronic Industry Branch have serious breach of contract, they will cancel their membership;
6. Cooperate with relevant government departments to conduct product quality appraisal for enterprises that may have product quality problems, and submit suggestions to relevant departments for reporting to the China Fire Protection Association.
7. For those enterprises that have repeatedly violated the contract and have serious circumstances, they will call on and organize the members of the fire-fighting electronics industry branch and the whole industry to boycott them, and publicize the violations to the public.

Article 25 This Convention shall be interpreted by the Fire Protection Electronics Industry Branch of the China Fire Protection Association.
Article 26 This Convention shall be implemented as of the date of its promulgation.
