Circuit working principle

The automotive electronic fuel economy circuit consists of diodes VDl-VD6, resistors Rl-R8, capacitors Cl, C2, transistors Vl-V3 and solenoid valve YV, as shown in the figure.

Component selection

Rl-R8 use 1 / 4W metal film resistor or carbon film resistor.

Both Cl and C2 use aluminum electrolytic capacitors with a withstand voltage of 16V.

VDI-VD6 selects 1N4007 silicon rectifier diode.

Vl and V3 select S8050 silicon NPN transistor; V2 selects DDO3 silicon NPN transistor.

YV selects l2V DC solenoid valve.

When the car runs normally (in forward gear or reverse gear), both ends of A and B are low, VDl-VD3 and Vl are cut off, V2 is turned on, and the solenoid valve YV is powered on to provide fuel required for normal idle speed Or burst (for electronic injection engine), the car can run normally.

When the car is in neutral or parking, the terminal A or B becomes a high level, when Cl is charged to a certain value through him, VDl or VD2, Vl is turned on, V2 is cut off, YV is released, and the vehicle idling speed is reduced to reach Fuel saving purpose.

When the car is put into forward gear or reverse gear again, Cl quickly discharges through VD3 and Rl to make Vl cut off, V2 is turned on, YV starts to work, and the engine returns to normal idle speed.

When the car is just started, the high level from the ignition switch is added to the proof pole of VD6. C2 is quickly charged through VD6 to turn on V3, Vl is turned off, and V2 is turned on, so that the fuel saving control circuit is turned off when the car is just started. After the engine is started, due to the effect of C2, V3 is kept on for a period of time, and the engine can enter a stable working state after the engine is started.

When the air conditioner is turned on, V3 is turned on immediately, V1 is turned off, V2 is turned on, and YV works, and the fuel-saving control circuit is also turned off to ensure the normal operation of the air conditioner (including the air conditioner speed increaser).
